The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Candidates who have entered an incorrect Category or Gender may update their details by paying the applicable fee. Candidates may also add an additional Test Paper or change previously selected Test Paper(s) by paying the required additional fee.
Please ensure that E-Commerce (E-Com) transactions are enabled on your Debit/Credit Card before making the payment.
Login to the JOAPS Portal, verify your application, proceed to the payment gateway, complete the payment and download the submitted application form with payment details.
JAM does not charge any processing fee. However, bank/payment gateway charges, if applicable, must be borne by the candidate.
The Application Fee is NEITHER refundable NOR transferable. Once submitted, the application cannot be cancelled.
If the payment amount is deducted from your bank account but the JAM portal does not receive confirmation due to communication failure, the amount will automatically be credited back to the same account.
The refund process may take one week or more after the application process closes.
